Child Safety Standards

Jodihub, operated by Hecta Solutions Private Limited and published on Google Play as "Hectasolutions" and on the Apple App Store as "Hecta Solutions Private Limited", prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the Jodihub website and apps.

Zero tolerance

Jodihub has zero tolerance for CSAE. Users must not:

• Create, upload, share, solicit, or transmit CSAM or any content that sexually exploits a child, including AI-generated or altered content
• Groom a child, or contact a minor for a sexual or exploitative purpose
• Share information that identifies or locates a child for an exploitative purpose

Age requirement

Jodihub is for adults only. Women must be at least 18 and men must be at least 21. We may ask for age verification. If an account is under the required age, or is used to endanger a child, we suspend or terminate it and remove the related content.

Response and removal

We review profiles, photos and messages when they are reported to us or when we otherwise become aware of a problem. We review every report within 24 hours. When we identify CSAM or other CSAE content, we remove it promptly and report it to law enforcement and the relevant authorities as required by law, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where applicable.

Legal compliance

Jodihub complies with applicable child safety laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

How to report

Email our Child Safety Officer at childsafety@hecta.ai. These contact details are also available in the app under Help / Contact Us. We review every report within 24 hours.

• The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR)
• Your local police

Call 112 (national emergency number). For child protection support, call 1098 (CHILDLINE).
