Delete your JodiHub account

How to request account deletion

1. Click Email us to delete my account below. An email will open with the subject and message already filled in.
2. Replace the placeholders with your registered JodiHub email (and any other details that help us verify your account).
3. Send the email from the same email address used for your JodiHub account whenever possible.
4. Our support team will verify your request and process account deletion. You will receive a confirmation when it is complete (typically within 7 business days).

Data that is deleted

After your request is processed, the following data is removed from active JodiHub systems so it is no longer available in the app or to other users:

• Account login and authentication details
• Profile information (basic and enhanced profile)
• Photos, documents, and verification records tied to your profile
• Partner preferences and relationship outlook responses
• Match results, match requests, and family relation data
• Conversations, messages, and in-app notifications
• Activity logs and session/connection records used for your account
• Saved payment methods associated with your account

Data that may be kept (and for how long)

Some information may be retained in secure archives only as needed for legal, financial, security, or compliance obligations. It is not used for matchmaking and is not visible to other users:

• Financial / transaction records: up to 7 years (tax and accounting requirements)
• Legal / dispute-related records: up to 3 years
• Security and audit records: up to 1 year

After the applicable retention period ends, archived data is deleted or anonymized so it can no longer identify you.
