Verified Matrimonial Profiles & Trusted Matchmaking

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Jodihub, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Jodihub is operated by Hecta Solutions Private Limited, which publishes the app on Google Play as "Hectasolutions" and on the Apple App Store as "Hecta Solutions Private Limited". If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

To use Jodihub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old if you are a woman, and at least 21 years old if you are a man
• Be legally able to form a binding contract
• Not be currently married to another person, unless the law and your personal law permit it
• Not be prohibited from using matrimonial services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

You can delete your account at any time from within the Jodihub app (Settings → Delete Account) or at jodihub.com/delete-account. Deletion removes your account and the data associated with it, except data we are legally required to keep.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information and photos you submit. You grant Jodihub a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and moderate that content so we can operate the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information, or impersonate another person
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or bully other users
• Share objectionable, obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive content
• Create, share, or solicit any content that exploits or endangers a child (see Section 6)
• Ask other users for money, or demand or discuss dowry
• Copy, scrape, or harvest profiles or contact details
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use our services for commercial purposes or for anything other than a genuine matrimonial search

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

6. Child Safety

Jodihub, operated by Hecta Solutions Private Limited and published on Google Play as "Hectasolutions" and on the Apple App Store as "Hecta Solutions Private Limited", has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Jodihub is for adults only: women must be at least 18 and men at least 21. Accounts that are under the required age, or used to endanger a child, are suspended or terminated, and illegal content is reported to the authorities as required by law.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Moderation. Jodihub does not pre-screen profiles or photos. We review profiles, photos and messages when they are reported to us or when we otherwise become aware of a problem.

Reporting. To report a profile, photo, message or user, email childsafety@hecta.ai for a child safety concern, or support@jodihub.com for any other concern. These contact details are also available in the app under Help / Contact Us.

Response. We review every report within 24 hours. If content or a user breaks these terms or the law, we remove the content and may suspend or terminate the account. We may also report illegal content to law enforcement.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at jodihub.com/privacy.

9. Fees

Jodihub is currently free to use and does not take payments. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and terms before you buy, and we will update these Terms before charging anyone.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Modify or discontinue services, giving notice where reasonably possible

11. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of user information
• The success of any matches
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

To the extent permitted by law, Jodihub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or your dealings with other users. You are responsible for verifying any person you choose to meet or marry. You agree to compensate Jodihub for losses arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful content.

12. Intermediary Status and Governing Law

Jodihub is an intermediary. Members create their own profiles and messages. We do not control that content in advance, and we may remove unlawful content when we know of it. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.

13. Apple App Store and Google Play

Apple App Store (iOS). If you download Jodihub from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app, in addition to these terms. These terms are between you and Hecta Solutions Private Limited, not Apple.

Google Play (Android). If you download Jodihub from Google Play, your download and use of the app are also subject to Google Play's terms of service.

14. Grievance Officer

For grievances about the service or your personal data, contact the Grievance Officer. We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
